1. Who is responsible for your data

One Stop Marketing FZE, a licensed trading entity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as SAWA Leadership, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@sawaleadership.com.

• Details you send us: name, organisation, email address and the content of your enquiry
• Booking details you provide to our scheduling provider when you book a conversation
• Programme participation details where you take part in an engagement
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as device and browser type

We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this website.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation
• To prepare, deliver and follow up on programmes and advisory work
• To meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations in the UAE

4. Marketing

We only send updates to people who have asked for them. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time by writing to us.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our scheduling and email providers — and with authorities where UAE law requires it. Providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our contact, and client data for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by UAE commercial and tax law. After that we delete or anonymise it.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to the client area is password protected and intended for programme participants only.

9. Your rights

Under UAE data protection law you may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your data, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent previously given

10. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function, such as remembering your language choice and client-area access. Third-party services linked from this site, such as our scheduling provider, set their own cookies under their own policies.

This website and our services are intended for professional adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
