1. Who we are

You agree to use this website lawfully and, in particular, not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its client area
• Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the site
• Submit content that is false, defamatory, offensive or infringes the rights of others

Use of this website is subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes and other applicable UAE legislation.

Client area

Access to the client area is granted for programme participants only. Access credentials are personal, must not be shared, and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Services, enquiries and bookings

Information about programmes on this website is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Programme content, dates, duration, format, fees and logistics are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement between SAWA and the client. Where those documents conflict with this website, the written agreement prevails.

Booking a conversation through our scheduling link or submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract for services.

Fees, payment and cancellation

Fees, payment terms, rescheduling and cancellation conditions are set out in the individual client agreement for each engagement. No fees are collected through this website.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the SAWA methodology, frameworks, text, graphics, logos, images and programme materials — is owned by or licensed to SAWA and protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights and applicable international law. You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish or use it commercially without our prior written consent.

6. Third-party links and services

This website links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider, podcast and event pages. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. No professional guarantee

Our programmes are professional development experiences. Content on this website is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, medical or psychological advice. Individual and organisational results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, SAWA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy and data protection

Personal data submitted through this website is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
